JOB SUMMARY

As a key member of the Front-End Development team you will work on improving the client experience, create new products, and improve the performance of our websites. Projects will include improving and maintaining multiple websites developed by our team, including Lofta.com, ApriaDirect.com, ApriaHome.com and potentially other new sites focused on different health conditions. You will be working in Adobe Commerce and / or Shopify depending on your background and the needs of the business.

Annual Salary: $90,000- $100,000

Shift: (Hybrid) M-F Flexible hours - 3 days in office & 2 days working from home

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and customize Shopify themes and templates and/or Magento 2 themes and templates to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

  • Create and optimize graphics, images, and other visual elements for the Shopify platform.

  • Implement best practices in e-commerce website design, including mobile responsiveness, user experience, and conversion optimization.

  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the design and functionality of Shopify websites.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in e-commerce and Shopify platform to ensure cutting-edge and innovative designs.

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of Shopify or Adobe Commerce Development experience with portfolio of websites that show capabilities

  • Experience with Shopify Plus or Adobe Commerce and advanced customization features

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for e-commerce websites

  • Proficient in Shopify platform and its customization tools, including Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles

  • Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization techniques

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas

  • Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think critically and problem-solve
