Insight Global Customer Service Representative in La Mirada, California

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a large sheet metal manufacturing company in La Mirada, CA. Responsibilities include handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer disputes, submitting quotes and purchase orders, and serving as a resource for all clients within the company. The ideal candidate should be sharp, receptive to direction, and experienced in customer service. This position is onsite 5 days a week in La Mirada, CA, with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience in taking inbound calls with customers

  Experience performing data entry in their internal system

  Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite

  Experience submitting purchase orders and quotes for external clients

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  Strong Verbal and Written communication skills

  High School Diploma Outbound call experience

  Office Setting Experience (Receptionist, Secretary, Call Center etc.)

  Inventory Control Experience (Processing orders/returns)

  PC or Help Desk Experience

  Bilingual in Spanish null
