Our client in LaPorte, IN is seeking Machine Operators to join their team.

These are temp to hire roles; $23.94 per hour; 2nd and 3rd shifts available; 2nd 2pm-10pm; 3rd 10pm-6am, must be flexible. Training is on 1st shift for 8 weeks. Responsibilities:

Operate hand grinding tools (both belt and stone)

Operate metal cleaning equipment, water flow and sonic equipment

Adjust parts by use of presses, heat or other dimensional tooling

Operate hand sandblast and auto blast units

Prolonged gripping, standing, or sitting and pushing, pulling and lifting

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of computers

Must be able to read and interpret Product Criteria and Activity instructions
