Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Veterinary Kennel Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our animal patients and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our veterinary facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Provide daily care and attention to animals under our supervision, including feeding, exercising, and grooming.

· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in hospital, including cleaning cages, bedding, and common areas.

· Assist veterinary staff with restraining animals during examinations and procedures.

· Monitor animal behavior and report any unusual symptoms or concerns to the veterinary team.

· Provide support to clients by answering questions, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience during their visit.

· Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of animals and staff.

Compensation: $16.28 - $18.00/hr.

Starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field. Financial growth opportunities available.

Schedule: Full-time opportunity, 4 x 10 hour shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
