Arlington Central School District is hiring a technology education certified teacher for a full time high school position. ACSD values both traditional CTE and engineering education. This position would require teaching PLTW engineering classes. The ideal candidate realizes the importance of individualized education and can create a classroom environment that develops an awareness of the role technology education plays. The successful candidate must have the technical and practical knowledge to lead in the classroom and to develop projects and activities that engage students while teaching them about the world of technology and engineering. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of and ability to implement and project based learning and integrated projects.
