What will you be doing? * Ensure all security personnel functions are being properly completed by the department * Ensures that all personnel are properly assigned at all times * Review all reports completed by security officers to ensure accuracy and timely submission * Maintain a good relationship with all departments in the hotel * Reports all observed hotel property deficiencies and safety hazards * Ensures that a thorough and complete investigation and report is made on incidents incurred by guests and associates * Responsible for guest room surveillance in conjunction with Security Director * Ensure that all phases of the key control program are maintained and any discrepancies noted are investigated thoroughly and reported to the Security Director * Ensures all security equipment (walkie-talkies, radios, cameras, etc.) is kept clean and in good working condition * Monitors all traffic in the lobby area and restaurant, restrooms, garage area, and room service area to control non-guest an/or associate access * Reports all associates using unauthorized hotel entrance/exits when reporting to or leaving work to the Security Director * Patrol all areas and be a visible deterrent What do you bring to the role? * Previous experience in a security role, preferably in the hospitality...
