D.R. Horton, Inc.is currently looking for a_Marketing Assistant_for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will support the Marketing Department and assist with marketing tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist Sales and Marketing Managers with special projects, administering various responsibilities and projects
• Manage weekly Sales and Marketing projects including updating inventory sheets and digital sheets, sales releases, manage pricing matrix, ordering sales office supplies
• Manage brokerage tasks such as creating MLS listings, MLS upkeep of bills, State and Realtor Associations, etc.
• Prepare for and help coordinate Sales Meetings Work closely with Sales Team and assist where needed
• Assist Marketing Manager with additional tasks when new communities come online
• Maintenance of the D.R. Horton website
• Troubleshoot issues with our internal sales tool (DHI)
• Heavy content writing for MLS listings
• Ability to work in Photoshop to resize photography for MLS
• Knowledge of how Meta Tags work and ability to tag photos for listings and website
• Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to drive communities within the South Washington market
