Description

We are inviting applications for the role of a Data Entry Clerk located in Ocean County, New Jersey, United States. This role is crucial in providing support during a key ERP software migration project. The selected individual will be involved in data transfer activities, ensuring the precise and complete migration of data from legacy systems.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake data entry tasks to assist in the migration of data to the new ERP software.

• Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of data transferred from legacy systems.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to identify and address discrepancies in data.

• Ensure organized records of completed work are maintained and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Provide support in additional administrative tasks as needed during the migration process.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data entry and related software.

• Demonstrable ability in organizing files and documents both physically and digitally.

• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Willingness to learn new data entry techniques and software as required.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
