Aerotek 1st Shift General Production Worker in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Assemblers needed on 1st shift in Lancaster, PA

Shift:

1st shift: 8am - 4:30pm

Pay:

$16-20/hr depending on experience

Job Description:

• Assist machine operator by choosing the correct program and starting the machine.

• Oversee saw operation process and ensure aluminum pipes are cut to meet exact specifications. Will also be trained on bending process of aluminum.

• Handle aluminum pipes and take them through a thorough cleaning process according to exact specifications.

• Perform testing and inspections. (Leak testing and Oven testing)

• Will be sitting at a sanding station and doing hands on sanding/polishing duties to each aluminum heat pipe. (Very tedious and repetitive role)

Job Requirements:

  • Production experience and or small parts / mechanical assembly is a plus.

  • Experience soldering, brazing, or using basic hand tools is required.

  • Must have strong attention to detail and no attendance issues.
