In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming the upselling strategies of prestigious 4- and 5-star hotels using our groundbreaking Pricing and Merchandising Technology. Your expertise will directly influence how these luxury hotels engage with their guests and maximize their revenue potential. This position offers a unique blend of remote and onsite training, consulting, and strategic advising, providing a platform for you to shine and make a significant impact.
What You’ll Do:
Transformative Training: Deliver dynamic remote and onsite training sessions focused on advanced sales and motivational techniques tailored to luxury hotel upselling programs. Your goal is to empower hotel teams to excel in their roles and drive impressive results.
Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with a portfolio of high-profile hotels to optimize their use of our suite of products. Provide data-driven, consultative recommendations that enhance guest satisfaction, boost hotel engagement, and improve revenue performance.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage your analytical skills to assess the hotel’s upselling program, including revenue production and agent engagement. Offer actionable insights and strategies to unlock new merchandising opportunities and refine the program for continued success.
Ongoing Support: Maintain regular online touchpoints with hotels for motivation, coaching, and support through various channels, including chat and email. Your continuous engagement will help ensure the sustained success of the upselling program.
Collaborative Development: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to create and update training content, ensuring it aligns with hotel brand standards and incorporates the latest technological advancements.
Flexible Scheduling: Adapt to global hotel onboarding schedules with flexible work hours, accommodating the diverse needs of international clients.
Who You Are:
Hospitality Savvy: You bring valuable experience in Revenue Management and/or Operations within the hotel industry. Your background equips you with the knowledge to drive success in luxury hotel environments.
Exceptional Communicator: Your interpersonal skills and confidence shine whether you--re delivering compelling group presentations or providing personalized consultations. You connect with diverse audiences and build rapport effortlessly.
Analytical Thinker: Your ability to distill complex data into clear, impactful business recommendations sets you apart. You use your analytical skills to drive meaningful outcomes and enhance hotel performance.
Dynamic and Energetic: Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Your initiative and adaptability help you excel and inspire those around you.
Proven Achiever: Previous projects that resulted in increased revenue or operational efficiency are a bonus. You understand how to achieve measurable success through your expertise.
Flexible Traveler: Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with hotels and deliver impactful training and support.
Experience and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar training or consulting role within the hospitality industry.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $21.15 to $42.93 per hour; from $44,000 to $89,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
