What you’ll do as a Sr Manager of Operations
Support/Direct/Monitor/Lead Project Management and Construction Operations for multiple offices.
Execute assigned projects on time and under budget, to our customer’s satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective construction management strategies and drive profitable growth.
Implement construction activity to increase productivity and project delivery goals.
Ensure high levels of performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage subcontracting resources, with accountability for subcontracting compliance and quality of work performed.
Perform any other job duties associated with a senior leadership role as assigned.
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
10 years construction management experience, preferably in telecommunications
Successfully led construction, engineering and business functions at a high growth telecommunications company, preferably with AT&T, Lumen & Verizon
Consistent record of accomplishment within a leadership role
Proven skill in developing and coaching team members to maximize their capabilities and skill
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or relevant career field
Must be willing to travel domestically 50-75% of time
Physical abilities & exposures
Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, use keyboard and mouse
Occasionally: use portable ladder, work in confined spaces and climb stairs
