What you’ll do as a Sr Manager of Operations

  • Support/Direct/Monitor/Lead Project Management and Construction Operations for multiple offices.

  • Execute assigned projects on time and under budget, to our customer’s satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement effective construction management strategies and drive profitable growth.

  • Implement construction activity to increase productivity and project delivery goals.

  • Ensure high levels of performance.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage subcontracting resources, with accountability for subcontracting compliance and quality of work performed.

  • Perform any other job duties associated with a senior leadership role as assigned.

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • 10 years construction management experience, preferably in telecommunications

  • Successfully led construction, engineering and business functions at a high growth telecommunications company, preferably with AT&T, Lumen & Verizon

  • Consistent record of accomplishment within a leadership role

  • Proven skill in developing and coaching team members to maximize their capabilities and skill

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or relevant career field

  • Must be willing to travel domestically 50-75% of time

Physical abilities & exposures

  • Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, use keyboard and mouse

  • Occasionally: use portable ladder, work in confined spaces and climb stairs
