SUMMARY: The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all production teams have sanitary tools and workspaces. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Keeps utensils and ware clean, sanitized and properly stored. Keep department supplies filled and maintained. Practice proper care and maintenance of all equipment. Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves of kitchen area. Take out trash on a regular basis. Observes good sanitation and safety procedures. Other duties as assigned.
