The Surveillance Operator\'s primary function is to monitor the property using a digital surveillance system to ensure compliance with gaming regulations; maintains shift log & reports suspicious activities. Must have thorough knowledge of Casino Department\'s policies & procedures; knowledge of Table Games including Blackjack basic strategy and card counting techniques, terminology, knowledge of cheat data bases, Crap and Roulette pay outs; Soft Count and Hard Count standards; Slot Operations and working knowledge of Nevada Gaming Standards and Regulations. Qualified applicants must have a High school diploma or equivalent working experience, previous security/surveillance experience is preferred, and a valid driver\'s license and knowledge of surveillance equipment and cheating is an asset. Must be 21 year of age or older and have the ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
