The position of Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the warehouse management staff, and acting as a primary support role for delivery verification and chargeback processes.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist warehouse management with all timekeeping functions for warehouse staff and coordinate such functions with HR/Payroll.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with all internal departments and furniture manufacturers as required to service our customers.
  • Prepare, review, and/or distribute reports to specified areas as needed.
  • Third party delivery reports and verification, delivering trucks out in FACS.
  • View and approve third party delivery billing.
  • Submit all intent to charge back information to third party delivery company.
  • Submit all vendor charge backs, enter into QuickBooks.
  • Process all uniform orders.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and/ or walk for long periods of time and maneuver effectively around a warehouse environment.
  • Communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
  • Responsible for cleanliness and organization of personal workspace.
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
