Product Support Expert

Job Description:

As a Product Support Expert, you’ll have endless learning opportunities in customer support as you serve as frontline resource for customers by driving first call resolutions using the phone, chat and email. You will own the customer experience, providing exceptional assistance by solving customer issues and an exceptional experience.

This position is a hybrid role. (3 days in our Austin or Lawrenceville office)

• Dissect issues with strong problem solving and trouble shooting.

• Don’t want to be stuck in back-to-back meetings all day (instead, actually have time to focus).

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer facing role

• Communicates clearly and effectively (both verbal and written)

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (Nice but not required)
