Kelly Services Administrative Assistant (Lawrenceville, NJ) in Lawrenceville, New Jersey

Services is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant available with an industry-leading medical device client of ours in the Lawrenceville, NJ area! This is a long-term opportunity and a great way to get your foot in the door with a Pharmaceutical company!

  • Pay Rate: $23.88/hr

  • Shift: 8 am - 5 pm (Mon - Fri)

  • Location: Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 (remote during COVID)

  • Start/Duration: ASAP! 12+ month contract (possible Temp to Hire)

Job Description:

  • Administration work with in a Pharmaceutical company

  • Basic administrative duties along with experience with the MS Windows Suite, ARIBA, SAP, Concur.

  • Responsible for phone coverage, faxing and photocopying

  • Typing and Distributing correspondence and mail

  • Order and Distribute office supplies

  • Able to perform light data entry

  • Backup receptionist as needed

  • Greet and escort visitors from reception to meeting location

  • Conduct limited research

  • Performs additional general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 4 - 7 years of relevant Administration work experience

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience or similar industry required

  • Concur, ARIBA and SAP required

  • Direct experience supporting staff in an administrative assistant role

  • Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel

  • Be familiar with email and Internet protocol

  • Must have at least a HS diploma or equivalent

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
