REI Shipping Associate - 4th Shift in Lebanon, Tennessee

Our team seeks a Shipping Associate. In this role, you will support the REI Distribution Center by ensuring that REI’s standards are properly applied and maintained in our Distribution Center.  

The hours for this full-time position are Friday through Monday 4:00 am - 2:00 pm starting at $18.20/hr (plus shift differential)

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Bring your passion and expertise

  • No warehouse experience necessary.

  • Flexibility to work within different departments.

  • Able to frequently lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.

  • Able to work standing or walking on concrete floors for 8-12 hour shifts.

  • Work efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.
