Responsibilities

• Performs essential maintenance to ensure both facility and equipment operate optimally.

• Conducts part replacements, repairs, equipment rebuilding, and aligns various components like gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts.

• Utilizes detailed parts breakdown manuals and operational guides for repair, modification, and maintenance tasks.

• Ensures timely response to maintenance work orders, prioritizing top-notch repairs.

• Implements preventive maintenance activities according to the established maintenance plan.

• Manages inventory of parts and equipment efficiently.

• Undertakes complex repairs and extensive overhauls on system components, adhering strictly to manufacturer specificationS and knowledge with hydraulics and blueprints.

• Carries out predictive maintenance inspections, utilizing internal and external resources to boost machine performance.

• Demonstrates strict adherence to safety work standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
