The Opportunity Do you enjoy working together in a hybrid operations-engineering environment, and are passionate about data quality and process optimization? We are the Investment and Resource Management team in the Office of the CIO within Adobe Technology Services (ATS)! We enable ATS (Adobe's IT organization) to be run as a business, providing valuable data and insights to the CIO leadership team. You will collaborate with Finance, ATS business operations leads, and cost center and resource managers to ensure the ATS operating plan aligns with targets for annual and ongoing ATS budgets. This Business Systems Analyst will be equally at ease with detailed data discovery and communicating high level insights and not afraid to jump in with both feet. By engaging with multi-functional teams, you will build your foundation in active budget management. Along the way, you'll get to hone your analytical skills identifying processes and system enhancements that make our workflows more efficient.

What You'll Do * Financial - Provide insights into metrics and performance measurements. Assist in the annual ATS operating planning process, and partner with groups within ATS and Finance. Help leadership analyze proposed plans and research ad hoc requests. Develop your expertise in resource planning and allocation tools to provide support to teams. * Analysis- Collect and analyze data for reporting different types of analysis, e.g., performance, trend, and cost/benefit. Provide analysis and reporting to leadership teams. Perform benchmarking and identify improvement opportunities. * Communication - Work with ATS partners to help identify potential areas for optimization in productivity and spend. Ensure partners understand relevant ATS financial management processes and procedures through training and readily available documentation. Assist leadership teams in building content for funding requests.

What You Need to Succeed * Bachelor's degree in BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience required * 0-1+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within IT * Proven understanding with Excel, pivot tables, data modeling, metrics, and PowerPoint. Familiarity of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI a plus * Demonstrative critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills * Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to work independently and participate effectively in global teams * Ability to adapt, be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment * Attention to detail Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $44,000 -- $86,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
