• Operate and run all bricko machines and is able to demonstrate to others

• Load and secures all molds to bricko machines and is able to demonstrate to others

• Load plastic onto the bricko machines and is able to demonstrate to others

• Troubleshoot bricko machine issues and be able to notify appropriate managers of issues

• Follow all maintenance schedules for all bricko machines

• Utilize safe operations of bricko machines

• Verify molds and raw material against work orders with approved drawings

• Verify quality of products that are acceptable to AP Thermoforming QC standards

• Adhere to all safety rules regarding the use of bricko machines

• Continue to learn about new bricko techniques and responses of formed plastic

• Follow all schedules provided by APT Production Supervisor & Scheduler

• Work on other job functions of APT, as required, if bricko vacuum-forming work is not available

• Perform all work in a safe manner; use required safety equipment including, but not limited to, guards, shields, eye protection, steel toes, etc.

• Form all Bricko sample requests in a timely and scheduled mannerPhysical Requirements:

• Heavy (exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects)

• Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination
