A local firm that we are partnering with is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their expertise in a new, dynamic environment. In this position, you'll manage the process of invoicing and collection, resolve complex billing issues, and provide guidance to the junior staff in the AR department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generates invoices and account statements.

• Maintains accounts receivable records, including invoice files and customer information.

• Resolves complex billing issues and customer inquiries.

• Manages the process of invoicing and collections on a large scale.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor junior staff.
