Does working in a Maintenance Mechanic role for a newly established Lewisburg company sound exciting? This local company is seeking an experienced Maintenance worker with High School Diploma or equivalent, would like Technical/Vocational Training along with Maintenance experience. Team work, Motivation, Planning/Organizing and performing Quality work are at the top of the list! Salary is based on skills/experience. salary: $46,000 - $55,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

 Routinely inspects and maintains building and installed systems including but not limited to packaging

and handling machinery, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and grounds.

 Performs minor and routine repairs including but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical wiring,

and other related maintenance activities.

 Maintains heating and air conditioning units for the facility.

 Assists with the installation and modification of building equipment systems.

 Creates and maintains up-to-date service and replacement data files for building equipment and

machinery.

 Acts as agent for procurement of service contracts/repair work; assists with purchase of many facility

fixtures and equipment.

 Communicates need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment to

appropriate manager.

 Responds in a timely fashion to problems related to facility maintenance and repair.

 Makes recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.

 Inspects buildings, grounds, and equipment of unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.

 Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

 Maintains a clean, safe working environment.

 Possesses and maintains a high level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance

operations.

 Prepares required reports and correspondence.

 Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
