Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The AP Specialist will be responsible for managing and paying expenses, utilizing analytical skills, handling finance and accounting tasks, biweekly payroll, and creating journal entries.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and managing expense reports

• ADP/ payroll experience

• Analytical skills for financial tasks

• Finance and Accounting knowledge

• Ability to create accurate journal entries

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in financial software or tools

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field a plus
