We are seeking to fill our Mailroom Associate Position located in Lexington, KY. This is an ENTRY LEVEL FULL-TIME onsite position.

Mailroom Associates is responsible for daily operations in the corporate mail center mailroom. Within this role the ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. The associate will understand the full functioning and integration of working together to achieve company goals. Mailroom Sorter –

Sorting – Remove contents of an envelope or package, prep document for scanning, put with other like documents.

Mailroom Scanning and Scan QC –

Scanning and Scan QC– Fast-paced environment, Will be working with Computers and large scanning equipment and must be able to keep the flow moving. Attention to detail is critical.

Data Entry –

Data Entry – Must be detailed oriented, and attention to detail is critical. Will be keying data of images into a keying template. Quality must be a priority, as the data that is keyed will be transited back to the client.

Requirements

• Requires sitting for long periods of time, good hand eye coordination, and a fast pace.

• Computer skills are required, training will be provided on the computer, but must have the basic computer skills.

• Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $23560 - $29450
