What a typical day as a Recruiting Coordinator II might look like:
Supports the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring; including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling and travel and expenses
Liaisons with candidates and interviewers for availability, addresses and remediates issues in support of the interview scheduling process
Prepares schedules and communicates with candidates, interviewers and recruiters
Assists with onsite interview coordination when needed
Prepares interview rooms for assessments when required
Statuses and communicates with candidates in the applicant tracking system and via other technical solutions in support of scheduling
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
HS diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of direct scheduling experience; talent acquisition or staffing experience preferred
Advanced calendar management required
Excellent communication skills required
Ability to utilize multiple tools and technologies including applicant tracking system, excel, word, outlook and interview scheduling technology
Excellent organization skills; strong attention detail
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality required
MUST HAVES:
Minimum 3 years of STRONG scheduling experience
HS Diploma or GED
Advanced calendar management skills
