KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst, FMS to join our team. As a part of one of the world’s largest independent logistics organizations supporting both US Government and commercial agencies, you will be joining a highly talented and experienced KBR Logistics team providing FMS Logistics services to all NAVAIR aviation programs.

As a winner of the National Logistics Contract, the selected applicant will work within the Security Cooperation Office (SSCO) composed of government, military, contractor and industry personnel while supporting FMS logistics projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • S upports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Leads.

  • Uses knowledge of all aspects of program development and execution to adeptly analyze challenging and vexing technical and program management problems and recommend insightful and innovative solutions.

  • Assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.

  • Provides analysis support, track program/project status and schedules in support of the program office.

  • Most work will be conducted on-site at NAS Patuxent River, MD, however, some domestic and international travel may be required in support of logistics activities.

  • The successful candidate will provide Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) support services for 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to new and existing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Life cycle sustainment and logistics support services covers all phases of the acquisition life cycle, including new program logistics support, sustainment and disposal. Candidates shall have familiarity with the 12 IPS elements which are:

Product/Program Support Management; Sustaining Engineering; Supply Support; Maintenance Planning & Management; Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T); Technical Data (TD) Management; Support Equipment; Training & Training System Support; Manpower & Personnel; Facilities & Infrastructure; Computer Resources and Design Interface.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field plus 4 years of program management experience. 12 years of related work experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.

  • An active secret level security clearance. Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

  • Must be able to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

  • Must be able to operate effectively at remote work sites without direct supervision.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and similar computer-based productivity applications.
