Our client, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, and self reliant.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lillington, NC
Pay Range: $14/hourly
What’s the Job?
Provide administrative support to the service department
Perform a variety of administrative duties with a focus on providing excellent customer service
Answer phone calls, file paperwork, submitting work orders, and perform data entry
Other clerical duties as needed
What’s Needed?
Previous administrative experience required
Previous customer service experience required
HS Diploma/GED
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Background check and drug screen will be conducted
