Como experto aportarás un profundo dominio técnico del proceso y el equipo. Esa experiencia te permitirá dirigir la planificación, el desarrollo de procesos y la implementación de Elementos de Mantenimiento Planificado en un entorno de fabricación de Mejora Continua. Lograrás esto con equipos formados por personal técnico y no técnico, contratistas de apoyo clave y personal de operaciones.

RESPONSABILIDADES ASOCIADOS AL PUESTO:

• Enfoque a respetar los alineamientos de calidad y seguridad en la planta.

• Ejecución de tareas de mantenimiento

• Entrega las variables mensuales (LUP, Procedimientos, RCA) en tiempo y forma dentro del pilar

EDUCACIÓN/ REQUISITOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO:

• Técnico mecánico de mantenimiento

• Excel nivel intermedio

• 2 a 4 años de experiencia como técnico de mantenimiento.

• Experiencia en empaque, máquinas selladoras, codificaciones y transportadoras.

• Disponibilidad para horarios rotativos
