Bon Homie Adult Day Center is currently looking to hire a full-time Direct Care Worker/CNA to work Monday through Friday 8 AM - 4 PM.  It is expected that staff report to work on time, fulfill all job duties, and be able to work along side co-workers showing support and teamwork.  

The following is a list of dutiies and responsibilities:  

Document on assigned clients progress notes, greet clients as they arrive at the center, hang their coats and store personal items in coat closet.  Mark clients time in as they arrive and out as the depart.  Serve clients snack and lunch at appropropriate times.  Assist clients with eating if needed.  Follow toileting schedule and assist clients with all personal care needs.  Clean bathrooms when necessary, after lunch and at the end of the day.  Gather activity materials prior to the activity beginning.  Organize clients in activity groups and support them in participating in the activity.  Fill out incident reports when necessary, inform supervisor, nurses or cook when supplies is needed.  Clean AM and PM snack dishes.  Put all activity supplies away when finished using it.  Answer telephone when necessary and take messages.  Fill in client daily sheet each day.  Assist clients to and from their van in the AM and PM each day.  Clean tables and chairs after lunch and at the end of the day.  Run vacuum, after lunch and at the end of the day.  

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a high school diploma or GED.  We provide on the job training.

Must have a criminal background check.

Must have reliable transportation
