Honeywell Service and Repair Supervisor in Lincolnshire, Illinois

The Repair & Overhaul Leader will be working within the Honeywell Sensing & Safety Technologies (SST) business unit, specifically the SST Service organization where you will be responsible for overseeing the repair and overhaul operations of our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of service solutions to our valued customers, while maintaining the highest standards of satisfaction. With your strong leadership skills and customer-focused mindset, you will drive continuous improvement and optimize our service delivery processes.

You will report directly to our Central Operations Director and work out of our Lincolnshire, IL location on an onsite work schedule basis. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our repair and overhaul operations, as well as the overall satisfaction of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business Leader of $6M+ P&L supporting our Gas Detection Equipment in the Business Lines of High-Tech, Fixed & POSIChek for in-house Repair & Overhaul Services

• Responsible for team performance to drive customer experience by on-time repair activities

• Implement continuous improvement processes to drive growth and efficiency

• Ensure consistent delivery with well-document standard work processes

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Lead and manage a team of repair and overhaul technicians, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

MUST HAVE:

• 4+ years of experience in service and repair management, preferably in a similar industry

• Strong knowledge of service and repair processes and methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
