Halls Culligan will train you to become an expert in water treatment analysis so that you can offer in-home solutions to your customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create, retain, and grow Culligan business in an assigned territory for direct sales and rental of water treatment equipment
  • Run company generated leads and appointments (90% company provided)
  • Generate your own appointments and sales (10% self-generated)
  • Conduct water analysis tests for prospective customers
  • Follow up on all leads and self-generating prospects
  • Responsible for consistentlyproviding excellentcustomer service througheffective follow upandcommunication

Qualifications

  • Direct, in-home sales experience is highly desired
  • Must be outgoing and personable, eager to self-generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and a variety of methods forlead generation
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Customer service focused with excellentorganizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, outgoing and friendly
  • A history of meeting and exceeding performance expectations
  • Willingness to learn our products and be the local spokesperson for the brand
  • Must have an insurable driving record
  • For insurance purposes it is mandatedthat our drivers be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings required
