We are looking for:

  • As a Senior Data Analyst - Commercial Analytics within the Digital Customer Journey domain, you will be crucial in expanding our product and technology analytical capabilities across Syensqo. Your expertise will contribute to building analyses, data visualizations, and multifunctional reporting that underpin the operations and strategic decisions of the organization. By harnessing internal analytics, data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages, you will unlock and deliver outstanding data insights and products that advance our analytical capabilities.

  • Enhance product and tech analytical roles across Syensqo by delivering critical support through data analysis and visualization.

  • Create informative reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to clearly communicate insights and empower strategic decision-making.

  • Utilize SQL, Python, or R to access and analyze multivariate data sets, optimizing performance and scalability.

  • Develop and maintain transparent and positive relationships with the business community and data colleagues to foster a culture of trust and collaboration.

  • Provide analytics expertise to key business partners, effectively communicating insights to domain experts and non-technical stakeholders.

You will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field).

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a data and analytics domain.

  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools specifically QlikSense & Tableau. PowerBI, Looker, etc a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.

  • Experience in designing and developing ETL/ELT data pipelines.

  • Knowledge of Data modeling and IT Architecture principles.

  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data-driven projects, from understanding vague requirements to delivering clear business outcomes accessible to diverse audiences.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both technical colleagues and business partners.

  • Agile methodology - nice to have.

  • Proactive in identifying and addressing issues with the ability to escalate appropriately to leadership.

  • A strong desire to learn, coupled with the ability to apply new knowledge and insights to real-world problems.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.

  • A good sense of humor and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
