As our Area Deployment & Business Partner Manager, you will be responsible for the finance operations team to ensure proper business partnership in accordance with KONE quality requirements. This position will also guide area team members to the development, implementation, utilization, and continuous improvement of finance processes. As with all KONE team members, your responsibilities will grow and adapt with your development and skills.

You will bring a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four- year college or university including 3-5 years of progressive management experience, on individual contributor basis. Training and/or experience in project management or business process design is preferred. A qualified candidate will also possess a proven track record of business transformation projects and able to execute as an automation developer and define solutions with automation routines. Hands-on experience using RPA tools and cognitive platforms and ability to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects is required. A desired candidate will also bring experience with Agile development methodology and will possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and business communication skills.

Note : This role will be hybrid focused (with potential to be remote for the right candidate).
