Navistar's Service Solutions Group has a great opportunity for a Senior Business Performance Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Explore opportunities, make recommendations, and lead initiatives for sustainable business growth and continuous improvement;

  • Explore opportunities aiming to design bundled solutions enabled by digitalization, connected services, and analytics;

  • Lead business review and creation across the Customer Solution organization, including system and process standardization;

  • Lead ad-hoc analytics analysis, transforming data into meaningful information that can support decision-making;

  • Develop analytics TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis that can leverage the value proposition of the service offerings;

  • Design methods, tools, and processes for the Service Contract pricing business;

  • Develop methods to collect market information and benchmark to support the pricing process. Work closely with Dealers and Customers;

  • Work in close collaboration with the analytics teams to establish a strong business performance management;

  • Represent the Customer Solution in cross-functional projects;

  • Work closely with internal teams, such as finance, engineering groups, product owners, IT and commercial areas;

  • Develop and deliver presentations to different audiences.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 12 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience

  • At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

  • Master’s degree

  • At least 8 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience

  • At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

  • At least 14 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience

  • At least 2 years of lead experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
