Warranty Administrator Assistant   The Automotive Warranty Administrator Assistant performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle warranties.   WE OFFER: Benefits: * Medical * Vision * Dental * 401K * Paid Vacation * Training * Free College Education courses for Employees and their Family * Great growth opportunities and willing to train for advancement positions RESPONSIBILITES: * Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim * Coordinates with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts * Communicates with customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations * Prepares, reviews, and processes warranty claims * Follows up with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealership * Schedule warranty appointments, and educates customers to set expectations. * Keep abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures.   REQUIREMENTS: * At least one year of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of automotive parts and service. * Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects * Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills * Must have strong math skills * Must be willing to submit a background check and drug screening prior to employment
