Required Certifications and Licenses:

• Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement

• BSN Degree from an accredited School of Nursing, MSN Preferred

Essential Functions:

Program Manager, Magnet, in collaboration with the Administrative Director, Magnet Program, provides leadership and oversight to the planning, integration, implementation and evaluation of Magnet program initiatives, and other special projects. Assumes primary responsibility for ensuring that the organization milieu reflects the internalization of the five components of Magnet. Ensures a well-planned program structure, which addresses Transformational Leadership, Structural Empowerment, Exemplary Professional Practice, New Knowledge Innovations and Improvements and to promote excellence in patient care services as evidenced Empirical Outcomes. Identifies opportunities for improvement in the delivery of safe patient care. Manages all data collection and analysis to improve nursing quality.
