Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, Leasing Agents play a key role in improving the lives of prospective tenants who are searching for their next place to call home. This agent will be responsible for leasing 400+ multi-family units throughout Lockport.

Core Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service to lease market-rate housing and subsidized housing (scattered-site) * Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants * Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings * Process rental applications quickly and accurately * Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process. Verify all move-ins are fully completed and inspected. * Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy * Monitor listing postings and advertisements * Assist property manager with tenant care and tenant retention * Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Objectives and Key Results * Timely rental application process * Achieve move-in and occupancy targets * Successful Candidate Profile

Education & Experience * General knowledge of core concepts and principles of residential leasing * 1-3 years of customer service experience * Experience with AppFolio or ShowMojo (preferred) * High school diploma
