In this role, you have the opportunity to

Do your internship within the Order Fulfillment department, and be supported in developing business skills, including practical communication skills, business acumen, time management, Microsoft Office, and much more. The exposure to the different functional areas will enable the development of skills and abilities that drives value for both Philips and our customers.

You are responsible for

  • Managing standard and non-standard sales orders

  • Processing order activities or changes in SAP and other supporting applications.

  • Maintaining relations with suppliers and creating purchase orders for our factories

  • Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Factories, and other departments within Philips GBS)

  • Providing excellent customer service for our customers

  • Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).

  • Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines.

You are a part of

OrderFulfillment Team belongs to Health System (HS) productsdepartmentwithin Philips Supply Chain Management structures. In our Philips HS portfolio, youcan find our well-knownproducts such ascardiomonitors, ultrasound, respirators, defibrillators and diagnosticimagingequipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree

  • Availability to work 32-40h/per week (preferably full-time)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Fluent English written and spoken (at least B2)

  • Knowledge of MS Office package would be a great plus

  • Self-driven and proactive, able to work independently in a virtual environment
