Key responsibilities as Guest Relations Team Leader at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill

  • Creating moments of delight for our guests and wow them during the entirety of their stay

  • Ensuring the maximization of guest satisfaction

  • Ensuring that information regarding VIPs are properly distributed throughout the hotel

  • Anticipate guest needs and build connections throughout their stay

  • Supervising and training Hosts so that they deliver exceptional experiences for guests

  • Assisting the Guest Relations Manager with the efficient and smooth running of the department
