Live Nation IT Intergrations Engineer (12month FTC) in London, United Kingdom

Job Summary:

Location: London (hybrid) with international travel across EMEA

Contract Terms: 1 year Fix Term Contract, 40 hours per week

THE TEAM

The International IT team is responsible for ensuring Live Nation Entertainment receives the best in IT services and support across the international region of EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

This role is a core function within our IT department and will report to the Director of IT PMO. This role will work in partnership with the wider International IT team.

THE JOB

We have an exciting opportunity for an engineer to assist with the IT integration efforts required to support the businesses growth and market expansion.

The IT Integrations Engineer will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications during Merger & Acquisition activities. This role requires a good understanding of core IT services such as windows and mac workstations, networking and cloud-based solutions. They will be able to follow best project management processes and have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve successful integration outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Execute IT integration activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Evaluate existing IT systems and infrastructure of acquired companies to identify integration requirements and potential challenges.

  • Performing system migrations and configuration updates using prescribed tools.

  • Assist with planning and undertaking data & email migrations into Office 365, ensuring data integrity and security throughout the transition.

  • Assist with network infrastructure integration onto the corporate network.

  • Undertake workstation migration activities.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems raised through the integration process.

  • Ensuring our company security standards are met across all integrated technology platforms.

  • Engaging in any other support or project related work as required.

  • Potential international travel to offices or venues to undertake “hands on” work.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Knowledge of Amazon, Microsoft, or Google cloud technologies.

  • Experienced in Apple & Microsoft Operating Systems

  • Good understanding of Cloud based Collaboration Platforms, such as MS Office 365.

  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki based networking

  • Helpdesk or other support experience.

YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)

  • Experience with our key technologies.

  • Evidence of organization, documentation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Willingness to learn.
