Lead the future of member experiences as our new Manager of Benefits or Rewards Products!

"Manager, Member Benefits/Rewards Mechanics" is a pivotal role driving the transformation of the LEGO Group’s membership program. You will manage a portfolio of Benefits/Rewards, balancing member satisfaction, commercial value, and ROI.

Leading the design, development, and optimisation of these mechanics, you will ensure compelling offerings in a world-class membership program. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive member recruitment, engagement, and lifetime value.

The role sits within the Global Membership & Personalization team, reporting to the Director of Membership Program Operations & Development, with a broader mission to inspire the whole LEGO® Group

Core Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and prioritization of the Membership Benefits/Rewards portfolio to support overall strategy.

  • Drives our Mechanics capability with Product Teams, ensuring processes, governance, and compliance.

  • Coordinates concept design and development with Service Design, Membership Activation, and other teams.

  • Builds Playbooks, including design, processes, business rules, and T&Cs to improve value.

  • Delivers mechanics that influence behaviours like purchase frequency, identification, and satisfaction, aligned our membership strategy.

  • Continuously improves existing Benefits/Rewards mechanics with Membership Activation and Program Optimisation teams.

  • Partners with the Membership Enablement Team to brief mechanic requirements for the member portal.

  • Collaborates on the annual membership acquisition and activation campaign calendar.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Relevant experience working in leading global loyalty or membership benefit and reward programs, covering both development and operations.

  • Proven track record to develop and deliver highly commercial, member-focused benefit / reward mechanics.

  • Experienced in managing and driving cross-functional loyalty programs.

  • Skilled at building alignment and support across diverse teams in a global company, including collaboration with product and tech teams.

  • Excels in written and verbal communication with senior leaders; able to present clear recommendations backed by strong analysis.

  • Experience working in a global, multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B).

  • You thrive in a team but can also work independently and lead with clarity. You’re driven, with a dedication for building relationships and influencing others.
