Google Strategic Partner Development Head in London, United Kingdom

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 15 years of experience in vendor management, contingent workforce management, procurement, or similar field.

  • 8 years of customer-facing experience driving programs.

  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.

  • Experience managing contingent workforce strategies and initiatives across functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate global partnerships, aligning stakeholders towards strategic initiatives with regional/global impact.

  • Track record of working with and managing partners in complex programs.

The Partner Engagement team is the advocate of Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS), building essential relationships with product area, bets, functions, and the Global Procurement Office (GPO). Our mission is to facilitate xW success, enforcing compliance, building resilient operations, and promoting durable cost savings. We prioritize understanding user needs to develop solutions that address their specific challenges. In this role, you'll directly shape Google's strategy in this space, impacting regulatory, commercial, and operational decision.

  • Build trusted relationships with director-level and senior decision-makers, gaining a deep understanding of their strategic priorities within product areas and bets.

  • Shape stakeholders' perceptions of needs, guiding them toward xWS solutions that drive business outcomes and align with strategic objectives.

  • Oversee multifaceted xWS implementation initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and proactively managing risks.

  • Apply understanding of cost-saving strategies and regulatory compliance requirements to position xWS solutions that drive results while mitigating risk.
