Amazon Transportation Analyst, MFN TransTech in London, United Kingdom

MFN Transportation Tech are seeking a skilled Transportation Analyst to support vital relationships with our key transportation partners. Our team

The MFN Transportation Tech team owns both the transportation relationships and the technology platform that enables sellers to get their Amazon orders from their own warehouse to the customer across the EU. We work with Carrier partners to offer cost-effective, fast reliable shipping services to Amazon Sellers. Our Technical Product managers own the roadmap to improve the platform on which these shipping services are sold and constantly work to improve Seller Experience.

This role could be based in our corporate offices in London, Munich or Madrid.

Key job responsibilities

  • Work alongside Transportation teams, Product Managers and tech teams to improve the transportation experience for MFN Sellers and customers, while ensuring financial and legal compliance

  • Own commercial document migrations; acting as the key coordinator between tech teams, carrier team and carrier manager

  • Manage contractual amendments

  • Provide written and verbal updates on key projects to relevant stakeholders

  • Own integrations between carriers and our tracking technology platform Shiptrack

  • Mitigate issues impacting the network, providing short term fixes and working on long term action plans to structurally address root cause

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing

  • Experience in a professional field or military

  • Experience in exceeding quota and key performance metrics

  • Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business

  • Experience analysing data (MS Excel or SQL)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technology-related environment

  • Supply Chain or Transportation experience
