Red Canyon Roofing, LLC seeks multiple Roofing Foreman in Longmont, CO to:

Inspect work progress of installation crew to ensure roofs are being properly installed and/or repaired. Inspect roofing defects, determine repair solutions, and estimate materials and labor required to solve roofing repairs. Work with General Manager to coordinate material delivery to worksites. Analyze worker or production problems and recommend solutions, such as improving production methods or implementing motivational plans. Assist with maintaining, installing, and repairing roofs with different materials such as shingles, slate, asphalt, aluminum, wood, or related materials. Assist with spraying roofs, sidings, and walls with material to bind, seal, insulate, or soundproof sections of structures. Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, and safety procedures. Will supervise Roofers.

Weekend work required, when necessary. Post-hire random, post-accident and upon suspicion of use drug testing required. Pre-hire background check required. Position requires three (3) months of experience installing and/or repairing roofs in the residential industry.

Employer will provide transportation on a daily basis to and from worksites within the area of intended employment including the following MSAs: Northwest Colorado Nonmetropolitan Area, Boulder, CO and Fort Collins, CO. The position does not require travel to any additional states (nationally) or internationally. Travel will remain in the areas noted above.

1 hour of paid sick leave per every 30 hours worked, with a maximum of 48 hours in 1 calendar year.
