Aerotek Utilities Technician in LONGMONT, Colorado

Job Title: Utilities Technician

Job Description

  • Oversee and maintain site utility systems, including steam boilers, thermal oxidizer, compressed air, ammonia and glycol refrigeration, building HVAC, wastewater treatment, and general facility upkeep.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by maintaining equipment and written logs.

  • Monitor and respond to the ammonia refrigeration system.

  • Operate and maintain combustion equipment and compressed air systems.

  • Perform general facility maintenance, such as office repairs, roof leak repairs, and lighting replacements.

  • Use drawings, prints, and instruction manuals for equipment preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

  • Input and maintain accurate records and data using a computer.

  • Fully on-site position in Longmont, Colorado

Work Environment

  • Brand new, large facility

  • Candidates must be comfortable working throughout the entire building and being on their feet all day

  • 3rd shift 2-2-3 schedule: 6pm - 6:30am
