Well-respected boutique plaintiff-side employment law firm located in Century City; CA is seeking a sharp junior attorney to join their team. This firm is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients in all areas of employment law.

This firm is offering the litigation attorney, mentorship and development in a collaborative and dynamic work environment where you will gain valuable experience working alongside experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case strategy memoranda.

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.

• Assist with discovery, including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.

• Participate in client meetings and prepare clients for depositions.

• Assist with trial preparation, including witness interviews and legal research.

• Stay current on relevant employment law developments.

Requirements

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the California Bar.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in employment law litigation (preferred).

• Strong analytical and writing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A passion for advocating for employee rights.
