Reporting to the Director, People and the “face of the People Team,” the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)/People Consultant provides data-driven advice and services on all people and organizational topics that positively impact the operations of their assigned leaders. The HRBP promotes WelbeHealth’s culture, including the assurance of safety and compliance of every team member. The HRBP provides critical input to the People Team experts on programs, policies, and services, contributing to the ongoing improvement and transformation of the People Team.

Work Location: Hybrid, with significant travel to WelbeHealth’s PACE program locations, offsite meetings and external events.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Build collaborative partnerships with WelbeHealth supervisors, managers, and leaders to design and implement shared operational and talent strategies

  • Work with assigned leaders in partnership with People Consulting to:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on all People-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and organizational/workforce development

  • Coach and develop supervisors, managers, and leaders to ensure an equitable and inclusive environment

  • Provide guidance to supervisors/managers on daily performance management tasks such as coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, and terminations

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, partnering with HR Operations and the legal team as appropriate

  • Oversee and resolve elaborate team member relations issues, conducting thorough investigations

  • Assess people data to identify trends and promote action plans with assigned leaders

  • Facilitate team member recruiting/onboarding and exit/off-boarding processes

  • Collaborate with other People/Human Resources Centers of Expertise and Operations, to deliver required expertise, resources, and services to drive client and organizational imperatives

Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of four (4) years of HR-related experience, with expertise in resolving elaborate team member relations issues

  • Broad knowledge of personnel management, recruiting, compensation, and organizational behavior

  • Demonstrated experience in all HR disciplines and knowledge of relevant labor and employment law

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $90,281.44- $108,337.32 annually + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
