The Gathering Spot Lead Concierge - The Gathering Spot in Los Angeles, California
Seen as the leader of the concierge team. Acts as a leader by maintaining professionalism at all times, supervises the day-to-day functions of the team ensuring that tasks are completed. Acts as the direct liaison between GM, Membership team and Concierge team.
Distributes and monitors the execution of tasks given by management
Provides new hire and ongoing training for the concierge team
Seeks out new tasks for the concierge team to work on during slower hours
Manages inventory levels for supplies and equipment
Monitors usage of cell phones, personal work, and personal conversations.
Alerts leadership of any issues that need to be addressed.
Staffing
Sits in on interviews with new team member candidates
Schedule
Creates Concierge team schedule
Monitors breaks, tardiness, overtime, excessive lunches, uniform issues
Checks in with team members as they arrive to make sure they are informed for the day
Attend BEO Meetings
Provides team with needed information from BEO meetings
Attend Marketing Meeting
Provides team with needed information from marketing meetings
Attend Membership Meeting
Provides team with needed information from marketing meetings
Monitors incoming and outgoing emails
Handles customer service escalations from concierge team
