Job Description

Position Summary

The department is growing rapidly in anticipation of several exciting initiatives and it needs a strong team of learning consultants to continue the work that will transform Brookfield into a best in class apartment home operator. To do this each Learning Consultant will become an expert in field operations ranging from systems, policy, process and leadership training. They will be just as comfortable standing in front fifty people as they will be providing individualized virtual training.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Training Delivery

• Performs training administration duties including course scheduling, registration/tracking, preparation of training facilities and other tasks to make each course successful.• Delivers a wide variety of materials in a wide variety of modalities.• Some example courses could be:

  • Sales and Service

  • Coaching

  • Property Management Software

  • HRIS Software

• Conducts training follow up such as participant surveys, as necessary.• Manages all classrooms logistics, as necessary.

  1. Training Department Administration

• Supports various LMS administration functions as required, primarily in support of their own delivery.• Maintains records of training history, as appropriate.

  1. New Acquisition and New Build Support

• Be a key contributor to the project team that works on new acquisitions and new build opening support. • Provides necessary logistical, planning, strategy, delivery and administration support for acquisitions and new builds.

(15%)

  1. Training Development

• Partner with the Instructional Designer and various stakeholders to develop materials and resources for training. • Supports the maintenance of training materials and associated processes.• Participates as a project team member in the implementation and execution of department initiatives.

Education

This position requires a Bachelor's degree.

Work Experience

2 Years: Live and Web-based Training - Required

2 Years: Accustomed to working in a general office environment - Required

1 - 3 Years: Sales or Administrative - Preferred

1 - 3 Years: Manage at least 1 employee - Preferred

*Note: Relative work experience of 5 - 7 years could offset the minimum requirements.

Compensation

Commensurate with Experience

$79,200 - 110,775 annually
