You Are
As an Accenture Security Associate Director, you will be dedicated to creating solutions for clients across a broad range of industries in our Public Services/ Healthcare and Public Services Practice(H&PS) . A Security Associate Director is a trusted advisor who builds and executes a client-focused vision, combining the best of Accenture Security and the power of One Accenture. You are able to:
· Solve client business problems and build delivery teams that unlock maximum client value.
· Proactively build relationships with the client and Client Account Teams.
· Contribute to overall account planning, lead and execute Accenture Security’s strategy, and stay engaged with your accounts. Generate opportunities, manage opportunity pipeline, and develop proposals by collaborating with other domain experts.
· Work with ecosystem of vendor partners to develop opportunities at a client Bring innovative ideas to your client by growing your network across Accenture and understanding the new Thought Leadership and capabilities Accenture is introducing to our clients.
You will be responsible for identifying, leading, and managing new complex security engagement s, p roviding subject matter expertise and being the primary point of client for Accenture Security with the client .
The Work
Security Associate Directors are expected to possess extensive experience in the following: Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage business development / proposal efforts RFP/RFI/RFQ
· Business development responsibilities include origination and relationship development.
· Working directly with clients and Accenture teams to design and implement program strategies for cybersecurity.
· Translating technical requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders
· Assist with selling Security and delivering services across multiple Security Products.
· Assist with qualification and definition of Security opportunities through discussions with client executives and senior leadership.
· Lead development of written and oral client proposals
· Assist with driving the overall Security pipeline growth.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here is What You Need
Minimum 5 years of experience /knowledge dealing with security issues and vulnerability trends in Public Service/ Healthcare and Public Services industry(H&PS).
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years' work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience/knowledge of Security vendors and Security product capabilities
Minimum 5 years of experience/ability to lead and manage business development/proposal efforts RFP/RFI/RFQ.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have
Industry recognized Professional Security certification preferred (CISSP, CIPP/IT, CRISC,CISA,CISM)
Professional Skills Requirement
Ability to lead a team and counsel others is a must
Experience in building client relationships utilizing strong communications skills (both verbal and written)
Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience translating business objectives into actionable programs with defined scope, budget, and timeline.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
